Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@astavia.store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided upon return approval. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care/health supplements once opened. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once accepted, place a new order.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@astavia.store.
