Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email at support@astavia.store.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Astavia is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or you have not received your package after the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at support@astavia.store. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Astavia is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier.
Wrong Address Astavia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@astavia.store and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
